when I went to clinic which 25 km far from my home they said doctor is not there.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service. Was booked for a home collection for 6AM but no one turned out until 7.30am. I checked online and they don't have a number to call and chase up. They only have a chat service which means every customer has to be tech savvy to be able to locate the chat service and provide details.
Agent was helpful but could only apologize as he finds agent was not assigned by the bunch of jokers handling the order. He could only reschedule and that was for the next day with afternoon time slots.
Agent has organized a call back. don't have much hopes but let's see how they resolve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to do an RT-PCR test for overseas travel. I asked specifically if my passport number and DOB would be included and they said it would and that many people get tested for international travel. However, the details were missing from the report and the email address provided to reply doesn't work. I had to read the reviews to get a working email address. Very bad experience.

Bunch of sales people with pathetic service drive this irresponsible wing of TATAs. Collection agents don't turn-up and all you get is to hear sorry. If you are looking for 2 days of time pass but nothing else, don't miss booking tests through this app. TATA Health & Pharmeasy are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, they are giving fake accu check strips. I have ordered accu check 50 strips pack. but received a packet which was in a sealed plastic courier cover. but when I opened the outer plastic courier cover the inner paper cover was already opened. it was clear that the opening of the cover was not happened from courier. So i was sure that the trips inside might be fake. so I took one and tested blood sugar and it was showing 122 reading. immediately I checked with my other genuine strip it was showing 104. So it was clear that this one is fake. I have contacted the CC through chat. that is the only option available , no phone numbers are published. in chat he promised that, in few hours he will solve the problem but nothing has been done. next days again I contacted through chat new guy came and started asking all the questions and pics which I have already shared. after that he told he will arrange a call back but no call back or no solution. they don’t even want to check whether the vendor supplied fake or genuine. such an irresponsible company. this company is shame for TATA group. my order ID :PO09122688829606
