★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional and have been getting the tests done for my family from more than 15 years in Koramangala. We go only here and not anywhere elz. I like that they give discounts for senior citizens and also they come up with amazing packages for example for all tests which costs around 3k, they come up with package of 1k.
Overall love their behaviour and promptness even for home collection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once had fever and doctor advised me to go for test, my friend suggested me Anand lab at Koramangala. I was a bit hesistant but they proved me wrong.
The service was too good and the staff at reception and the staff that took my blood samples made me feel at ease.
Keep it up.
Worth recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer care number is never answered. You’ll be on hold for a long time. Scheduling a home collection is almost impossible. No one responds to the email id also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception people should be taught with courteous handling of their customers. The maintenance and Cleanliness were up to the mark. They testing equipments and other accessories were good. Parking is in the basement. Two wheelers and four wheelers should be parked there. This is very near to Sony signal.
