★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been there for a urine test and they gave me wrong reports (I know this because I got a second opinion). Because of this, I wasted a lot of time and money in getting other scans and tests done to locate what the issue was. Finally, when I went back to ask them how this mix up happened and how they can ensure this wouldn’t happen again, they shrugged off responsibility and said ‘this happens sometimes’ and the doctor incharge said that ‘they get a lot of such issues so it is common that their reports could be wrong’
I have lost faith in apollo simply because they had no evidence and yet said it was not their mistake. Enter this place at your own risk.
Also their toilets for collecting samples is not well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst diagnostic centre ever...Scamsters if I may add...they have collected my COVID RT PCR sample 48 hours back and there is no report yet. All the lab numbers and customer care numbers are down. The person at the lab has in fact blocked my number after I called and asked for the status of the report. To scam people in the midst of a pandemic is a new low that anyone can achieve. And social media shows that this is an issue across the country. FOR SHAME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab in bangalore, I'm DONE COVID RT PCR TEST TODAY for international travel ,14days I'm stay in my home and quarantine my self in home only, but they are give positive report . I'm better to suggest you don't do test here
