Worst Cancellation Policy:
Rs. 20,000/- will be deducted in advance booking amount and amount will be refund after 90 days. (They never said me about this before booking and they don' have policy book as well).
They will push us to pay Rs.20,000/- for booking and Rs.1,00,000/- for property document copy to verify the property patta. (If you find any problem in patta and then cancelling the booking, they will deduct Rs.20,000/- in advance amount, I faced this issue)
They have political and police support.
I booked a plot in Green residency by paying 1 lakh rupees, but late i found the plot has been over valuated by them, then i asked them to allot me different plot which is in another location, they denied to give me. Then i cancelled the booking on 20th March 2021, then only they said about cancellation policy, i was shocked and not accepted that worst policy. i fought with them, MD Mr. Kamal said me to file a case in the court and meet in the court. When i enquire with the Lawyer they said already Green Nest have many cases like this. Then I felt like I can't do anything against them, so agreed their policy. but now, 165 days crossed, but still i didn't receive my amount. Even i visited the office many times, I can't meet any officials. I can see MD car in the outside of building, but they are lying as MD is out of city and can't meet. I'm frustrated now because of them
