★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riya Kodali Exceeded my expections, ultimate fashion designer in Bangalore. She is not money minded like most of the other designers but what she wants is the client satisfaction. Very polite and calm. Though I had very little time for the special occassion, she went that extra mile to make sure to deliver my kurta on time.. Thank you Riya..Keep rocking always..

Loved their trial room...A completely luxury experience.. This Design House sure is a one stop solution for all your designer clothing needs for wedding purpose.And their customization options are just amazing. Go for it without doubt. Love the collection love their work.. surely recommend.. thumbs up for the team..Keep up the great work.Will definitely come bck to you guys for more dresses ,suits ,Sherwanis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never received such exceptional service at any design house. I'm glad I went here for getting my gown for my friends wedding. Riya Kodali was very insightful in helping me figure out what would suit me. And as for the trials, the team was impeccable. I was tremendously satisfied with my dress. I got so many compliments and have been successful in turning my friends into fans of the designs here. The handwork and fit of the garment was everything I wanted. I definitely recommend you go here if you are ever in Bangalore, it will be worth it.

Riya was very helpful and knew exactly what would look good on my even though I was very clueless.
And being a wedding planner myself I know I will be recommending her to a lot of my clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for Indian ethnic wear. Showroom has skilled employees and Riya herself is very friendly and approachable. They patiently walk us through entire thing and helped us make the choice. This is one unique showroom in Bangalore with great collection and amazing customer experience. I recommend this place for all Indian and wedding costumes. We were not looking at getting any western wear but had a chance to go through their collection and they were amazing.. I am glad we went there and got our outfits from there.. totally love the collection love the work.. keep going keep up the good work team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Preethi. She agreed to stitch 6 lehengas for my kids on our first call. She knew I am from the US and that I will only be able to coordinate the order over the phone.
I bought the materials and delivered them to her from Mysore Udyog, with great difficulty after asking her several times she shared some paint palettes that will assist in color coordinating the lehengas to the blouses (a quick internet search and u can get these).
She was refusing to start the design ideas till she got an advance, which I understand. But even after paying her an advance of 15K she did not assist in measurements, she sent me a pic and asked me to follow and do it myself.
She refused to answer back promptly reply to my messages, it was either family time or the fact that she does not work on weekends. She also hardly gave me give any suggestions or inputs.
When I insisted her to send me some designs she did for her client, she sent me some very goddy dresses.
She kept mentioning to me that all her US clients apparently give her a budget and trust her to come up with a design. I am not sure how anyone will okay with that, its not like she is well know reputed designer.
All in all after 2 weeks of staying up late to coordinate my timings with her, she said that she can only work between 11:30 am - 5:30pm IST and apparently she is a designer and not a tailor and doesn't like to be told what to do.
The only pro to this was she returned my material and money. All in all I am glad I did not go with her, I cant imagine how much more stressful it would have been dealing with such an unprofessional designer who does not value her customers needs and taste and neither has good suggestion to give.
If you guys are from the US please kindly think twice before working with her.Its a pain !!!

-It was a great experience. The staff are courteous and friendly, Riya also makes a point to respond to queries immediately. So customer friendly is 5 stars.
- Tailoring work is perfect, minor issues will be corrected after trail as your need. So tailoring also gets a 5 star.
- Suggestions from the designer, she gives it if you ask for it or you are confused with what you want. Else it is completely your take. I went with her suggestion with the colour only. Other things such as improvising on my ideas from her end was not very much. Designer suggestions has a 3.5 stars from my end.
- My dress costed me around 20K (images attached below, brocade flares with crystal work in the upper part).
- The cons I would say is, if you exactly know what you want and your budget line then this is a perfect place. If you would just want a western gown with flares or some ethnic dress with flares, and you are ready to compromise on your customization or a little quality of the cloth you get a more grandeur dress in commercials for less than 10K (western)/ around 15K(ethnic) with a decent search. Value for money I would
give only 3 stars.
Edit: I am posting this after the function and I did face another issue the dress when taken out of the package on the day of the function smelled very foul. Finally I called them and found out it was because of the "cancan" what they used. Either I had to be told earlier about the issue, or such material should not been used.
Overall it was a nice experience. Thank You for a neat and a good looking dress!
Hope you will even consider the points for improvement with a sport :)
