★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portea has been the worst experience ever. And I have to warn all new parents against this. They charge a bomb to start with- 42k/ month for infant care vs comparable local services ~25m, even after that they have no consistency of services. The 1st nurse they sent wanted to leave in a day because her mother was
ill, the 2nd caregiver wanted to leave in 10 days because her salary wasn’t being credited correctly by the agency. I have a preterm baby and at my wit end I agreed when the caregiver offered to continue on personal capacity. I checked explicitly with her if that would be allowed, on reassurance I agreed and sought refund from Portea. Thereafter began heights of unprofessional behavior, they agreed to replacement only after a series of calls some of which ended with their employees banging the call on me. When I agreed for replacement and asked for it, least interest was shown and I was told supply issues. I was told directly that I was being treated likewise because I had sought to engage their resource directly, who I had let go by the time I was seeking a replacement. I am still struggling with no replacement or refund. I had chosen Portea paying a premium expecting professional behavior but that was totally lacking. The quality of professionals sent were below average too, the 1st caregiver didn’t even Know how to use a steriliser, the 2nd one 24x7 on phone with her boyfriend, even while doing baby work. I strongly recommend giving Portea a miss and look at local options. They are NOT worth the premium.

They promise to send person but we will be waiting for days and noone turns up. Atleast should show the courtesy to say that noone is coming
It happened not once but twice
They are prompt to send the link and even the person who handled the call gave a number which he claimed to be as personal number.
But that seems to be a business number and noone really bother once we try to reach out
Looks like they only have a call centre for ppl to attend the call and no real physiotherapist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assigned nurse Ms. Smitha was very professional and caring to my mother, for whom we had engaged her services. Unfortunately, cannot say the same about the supervisor Kantharaj. Ms. Smitha was engaged for 3 days and he was incommunicado for the 4th day, forcing me to engage her services for another day.
Anyways, once she had vacated my house, I made the payment through PayTM to his UPI a/c. But he did not bother to check his a/c (or is it intentional), he kept calling me everyday for the payment, while I was getting a dry throat explaining that the payment was already done and he should check his a/c. Finally, the Portea team reached out for the balance payment. I repeated the same story and shared the screenshot of the payment from my phone. The lady assured she would get the details checked with the said person and close the a/c. One week passed by peacefully when someone again decided to get some excitement back in my life. So, lo and behold! The payment due message makes a not so friendly appearance on my phone. The customer service guy was patient to hear my rants. Hopefully he understands that this is now beyond a normal request for a pending payment and entered into the zone of harassment. Thus, he should follow up with his backend teams and get the irritating messages stopped from being sent, while they go searching for the elusive Mr. Kantharaj in El Dorado, Shangri La, or whichever mysterious place he has landed in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portea is expensive. They are not able to manage the staff. They promise 4 hours but all you get from th is 1 or 2 hours. Not worth the money. Especially BEWARE of LAKSHMI G. She is a cheat. She took my money and never showed up. She will visit your house will demand for all the things that’s kept in your house. DO NOT HIRE HER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Availed there services at Nagpur for a patient's care, extremely disappointed.They sent an untrained and uneducated person, who couldn't sort out the medicine. He wasn't available half the time, either being on phone or roaming around. Worst part was the person never listen to what we said, and always argued, never admitted his fault. Paid 1500/- per day turns out to be a complete waste, Paid full as they didn't even offer to compensate for the trouble that we had to face. The coordinator were rude and not at all cooperative and kept saying write a negative review we don't mind. Pathetic service, was hoping for a professional services, it would have been better if we would have kept someone local. Don't trust it's fraud and will never reach out again neither I'm goin to recommend anyone. Worst experience of life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with Portea. Tried with physiotherapy and home care for my dad.
Physiotherapist never showed up after multiple followups. The care taker we requested for needed to support my dad. My dad is unable to stand or walk and we had specifically requested someone strong enough to help support him. They sent someone who wasn't strong enough so we had to send him back. This isn't a rant about the person's strength but more about portea's inability to give their customers what they have clearly asked for. I would not recommend this if you have someone ailing at home and you need support. Portea only adds to the stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible attender experience with portea. we needed someone to care for my father as he was almost bedridden and has cancer. 1st staff they sent had an infection which we came to know after a week.. God's grace he didn't pass it on to my father. The second person was very rough in caring for my father. On asking for replacement, they sent a young boy with no training who ran off in a day!!
We were left with no attenders late evening and the coordinators were unreachable after first saying that they will call back in 5 minutes! Had a harrowing experience with them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a bad and misleading place. My husband and I tested +ve for Covid and tried to get an online consultation which we were promised by all members from Portea. And not only did they bot have that follow up call with the doctor. We received no intimation of any action being taken from them. I had to follow up with them 3 times, before giving up, all three times i was given the assurance that I would get a call back from the concerned team and i didn't get any. If you can't follow up for patients who are suffering symptoms from the virus please be transparent, it is understandable you cannot do everything. But don't give people false hopes. It's the worst thing you can do.
