So, you call my review fake. Then my first edit makes you change that statement.
I bought a 15k chandelier which you sent home completely dismantled. And you're instalation charges were way off market rate and way out in time. For the bulbs, I had to travel all the way to your store.
I'm letting other purchasers to read my review and make up their mind

Let me add for future customers here. You refused installation for a chandelier that's 15k. Bulbs fused within a week. I had to travel all the way from Electronic City to your showroom. So, there's literally no support.
And on top of that you're lying? How shortsighted are you to think that I'd waste my time to write a fake review? Anyone can pickup my first and last name and run a search on LinkedIn and are welcome to contact me. I'll be happy to give a personal review to them.
The least you can do is apologise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and reasonably priced lighting stores we have come across in Bangalore ! Mind boggling designs and variety to suit most needs and budgets.
They have 2 stores a few buildings apart. 1 for regular fittings and lightings and one for luxury / designer lights ! Great mix if you are looking to light up your house from scratch or renovate. They customize lights too !
Mr. Rajkumar Nair was very helpful and patient in helping us decide what would suit our lighting needs. Great service from end to end and a post installation follow up as well !

I tried so many other places, finally my friend recommended Light Place, Venkatesh was the person who guided and suggested decorative lights, and those were finally installed yesterday, and we were very pleased with them. Venkatesh's knowledge and recommendations are really appreciated. The customer service is excellent.
They have an excellent and diverse variety. If you request it, they will also offer an electrician for the fittings, and the individual who handled this, Syed, was a professional and did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the place on my way from that road and loved the display at first sight, walked in and was greeted very well but the sales people their and first asked me my requirements and howz the house built and all so they can assist me well, after explaining I was not disappointed suggested me lovely lights which I had not seen anywhere else, my house was under renovation so complete lighting was taken care by them and they did not disappoint me, and charged me very nominal for installation by their professional electricians. Over all I loved my brother and Corrie ve with them and will suggest you all to do visit this place.

Collections are very good and sales person thousif was very helpful in sales, installation and delivery. Package came on time and installed on time.

In today's time, customer support is the most important thing for any store, and i was highly dissapointed with their support. Wouldn't recommend
