It takes a lot of time and process to get through it. Store staff guides you through the process well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store to get new sim for existing(lost) sim. They asked me id(aadhar) and I gave my physical aadhar card to them. Now they says that aadhar card is not valid due to no clarity on my picture, here the wonder is I have used same aadhar card while porting in to jio from vodafone couple of months back, at that time they don't have any issues with my aadhar card. But now they need only original aadhar otherwise they can't do anything. How FUNNY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Store. I was went there to buy a duplicate sim, then the executive force us to buy a mobile stand also. they said, If you need to duplicate sim , You have to buy mobile stand also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Jio store experience. I went to port my number a week back. First they were very slow. Made me sit for an hour. Then They said it would be activated within 3-4 working days. It's been a week and they are not even picking up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales guys aren’t aggressive. Need be quick enough to handle customers. No discounts. It is mandatory to take prime subscription with new Jio sim with costed additional 99₹ (I think one should have the option to chose ). Overall good guys but need a bit of training in improving the customer relationship part.
