★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the store to enquire about the availability of a specific keyboard and mouse. Instead of giving me a direct response, Mr. Charan (from IT department) was trying to sell me other products. I urged him not to do that, but he continued anyway. So when I asked him to put his manager on the call, he responded with "If you have any problem come to the store and complain" and hung up the call. Great service, indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma Indiranagar is one of the WORST outlets and has the WORST SERVICE in Bangalore. The staff are not knowledgeable about the electronics item they sale.
We had initially bought a Dell laptop for around 40k. We had told them about our needs we will use the laptop for work purpose primarily, so it needs to have a good performance with MS products and can support heavy applications. They gave us the assurance that the laptop will perform really good and people are buying that laptop for office purpose. The laptop slowed down and would hang even when opening the excel, within 2 days of buying it. We didn't even install any other applications.
We went to Croma to raise the issue and they changed their statement. They said the laptop was NOT good for office work. Even the representative changed his words. Then we demanded them to show us the cam recording from the day we bought it. They didn't allow it and
they didn't take it back my laptop. They said they'd take a few days to investigate into the laptop - and by that time the cool off period would be done. Ultimately, we were forced to create a scene at Croma to get our laptop replaced. And we got another HP laptop (based on their suggestion) which cost us 16k INR more.
After getting the HP laptop, the sound of the laptop would go away within 2 months. We went to Croma store to get it fixed. They promised they would do it in 2-3 days but they took more than a week to fix it. When we received the laptop, the sound was working fine but within a second of opening the laptop the display went all pixelated. The laptop now hangs every time when we start the laptop, the display becomes pixelated and you'd have to be lucky enough to work in the laptop even for 10 min. The laptop has become a dump now.
The customer service representative, Ajay, has no idea how to treat a customer or how to fix their issues. Just talking politely doesn't help if you can't even do anything else. It seems that the store is there just to suck money out of people and then never care anymore. Oh btw, I had also got a 3 years additional warranty on the laptop.
PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEIR SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE THAN THEIR PRODUCTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a LG dishwasher from this place and I repent it. The sales personal are eager to push all products equally. But I really wish they had come out with the truth that LG products and LG costumer service are way below standards. My new product has malfunctioned 4 times in 5 months since I installed it. I have repeatedly approached both LG and Croma for repair. I am now fed up. I just want to get rid of the LG dishwasher. Just down the same road, there is a Bosch showroom. I recommend any prospective buyers to look for appliances there.

Also saying about worth purchase that. I frequently go to this place.. But my last visit was my worst. They outlet manager was so rude. He don't know customer value. He will loose the customers..

Reliance digital and thy have done it how is that possible I lost my trust on croma, hear is my purchase. And finance department staff kindly check my invoice how thy have done it not by you you all wasted my time with in 15mts reliance staff has done it.
