I had been to Raymond MTM indiranagar last month,I have been received very warmly by Mr.Raj Rathnam the time he spent on explaining the fabric,styling,and Color variations to understand and made to choose my suit easily and comfortably.
And I was moved to the next section for measurements,there I was introduced to Mr.Faiyaz the master tailor.I need to mention he is a “sculpture “,such a skilled artist,he took exact measurements for my body and adviced me perfect design.
On the trial,I was very amused with my suit and enjoyed my important occasion with only compliments on suits from various guests.
This made me to comeback to store in 48hrs and place the order for another two suits.
I would say these two persons are the best at service excellence at store .

The gentlemen on the first floor are very warm, patient and cordial. The same cannot be said about a few of the younger sales reps on the ground floor. They were not very welcoming and we're not very enthusiastic about assisting me or guiding me while looking for a few outfits.
