I wanted to buy face masks. I liked the one on display & requested whether i could have that in exchange for one of the new masks from the pack of 5 masks.
It was a simple request. The sales exec readily agreed but his senior, for no explicable reason, simply refused.

I cannot complete the review without mentioning Remya who had been excellent considering the fact that she was handling multiple customers at the same time with a very pleasant face the early hours of the day.
