★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there twice. My first experience was ok. However the last experience wasn't so great.
They had offered some discount on merchandise. Since I bought it as surprise birthday gift for my son, I double checked if I could exchange in case the shirt doesn't fit him.
On reaching home, found that it didn't fit my son. Went back to the store the same evening.
First shock, they have some merchandise that are on discount and some that don't. They wouldn't let me buy non-discounted product in lieu of the discounted one - even if I am willing to pay the difference and buy merchandise for higher value. This wasn't told by the salesman!
Second shock, their discount was 'buy 1, 40%off, buy 2, 50% off'. On exchange, I landed buying 2 shirts. However the discount was only 40%. Really felt cheated.
Should I visit such a store when Amazon serves me better? Once bitten ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good collection of T-Shirts, Shirts, trousers etc. The customer service is pretty good. Taking about price, it's a bit moderate to expensive, however the clothes do last long and there is good brand value.

These ppl do not know how to be professional,they speak behind customer s back,they mock ppl based on the clothes which individuals wear,we have purchased clothes worth 6k and this is how they behave. They feel it's the only brand,but hey wake up , we are giving you sales,if no one enters your shop,then owner and his employees has to just keep taking of dust from ur branded clothes
