The staff is friendly and helpful but could be more thorough about the stocks as well as cordial among each other.

I bought a Lee Jean's after trying it on 14th August from your 100 feet indiranagar store Bangalore. After 2 days the Jean's got very loose , some fitting issue was there and I went back to the store for an exchange ( NOT FOR REFUND ) The staff there said the manager is on off ( manager name Anthony ) and kept the Jean's and that they would revert in a two day's. Not hearing from them I went to the store in about a weeks time and the staff again said that the manager is on off and they can't take decisions. Evryone know in this pandemic times it's not easy to travel again and again just to hear NO .If manager can't take smalI decisions really I don't have any words .I asked to speak to the manager on the phone but he refused to speak to me. They again promised they will revert in 2 days, it's been a month now and they are making me run around. I am highly dissapointed with this kind of attitude from such a top brand. I am hoping this mail reaches someone who can take decisions and help me out with my jeans.
Attached some slip which gave on my 2nd visit.
Also now I am not even in favour of taking jeans from there , if posisble I would appreciate to get my money back .
