★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a gift for Raksha Bandhan, no signs of it arriving even after 2 weeks of raksha bandhan, no tracking, customer service lives in stone age and will make you count "10" business days to even begin dispatch, and then 3-4 more to begin shipping.
Moreover, they don't allow you to cancel orders when they arrive so late.
So you're stuck with them. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated, overpriced, absolutely pathetic service- that is an understatement.. seriously horrendous service, pay ahead, products never arrive on the scheduled date - sometimes months late! No response to mail or phone calls.. please avoid Jeypore!! I went to their delhi store.. stuff looks like RAGS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic online store. Experience had been pretty bad. Had ordered Brown Malta Mortar & Pestle Set . Firstly, there was delay in delivery and no proper communication. Secondly, they delivered a product with lot of cracks . But they claim that it is as is in the advertisement. Best part is that item was removed after I complained. Not sure if it is out of stock or for any other reason. Their motive is just to earn money and that is it. Zero customer support

They do marketing and make fool of people with their nice looking product . Bt everythng is just poor quality. Their products are even low quality then road side product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for their online products. I bought a dress of small size. I generally buy a dress of S or M so was a little worried about the size. But the dress was insanely loose. The strap cloth on the shoulder would just fall off. They have serious sizing issues. Now they say they won't take back the dress because it has crossed 10 days. The dress was a gift and now I'm stuck. They need to change their refund policy and the person stitching their clothes. Otherwise they will loose customers.
