★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Communication, there is no one who would respond promptly from the office in spite of sending email and multiple follow ups on issues. I have heard that this brand is good, but response from the builder is very poor. Local builders respond 100 times better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder doesn't meet time commitments of the project completion and procession. If you are looking for ready to move in flat don't fall prey to their false commitment of 6/12 months completion timeline. There is a big gap between sales and CRM team.
After sales customer response is very average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not suggest rohan builder to anyone. They make false promises and do not deliver in time. Check out Rohan upavan project reviews, you will understand the problems owners are facing for months now because builder made false promises about project and now not ready to deliver. The project looks like a scrapyard and the builder has already handedover the flats to owners without allowing them to live there as the place is not ready yet and they don't have any OC done for months now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While they have well designed lovely projects, there is so many organizational levels that they have within themselves, you need to reach out to multiple people for your queries.. there is no coordinating between sales, crm, opérations. Have bought from other builders too, and they usually have one person as your POC who will co-ordinate with the office and get you the required information. Here, you're asked to contact another person for everything. And not much communication, it's frustrating sometimes. And they have some weird rules of not seeing the interior of the flat till you pay up, And a deposit to start the interior work in your own apartment.

This was journey was nothing i think if meenaxi was not guiding me . My parents felt so warm with her she is having very different approach with customers,customer oriented. Very lively n full on energy girl. We never forget you meenaxi ur very welcomimg. You will do wonders here . Wish u all the very best dear . Higly recommend you guys best part of rohan is they are very organised and well planned team. quality wise i am verh much impressed. Thank you ROHAN GROUP.
