While the furniture they make is OK..theyre prone to delays on delivery. Despite giving them enough notice.
However we chose to forget it once the furniture arrived. Within weeks of arrival we realised that the polishing job of the beds and side tables weren't proper. They did not polish underside and the quality wasn't consistent.
It's been over 6 months since we have requested,pleaded, shouted at them to send Workers to complete the job.
They choose to ignore our calls or be outright rude. The owner Nayeem denies any accountability and his sidekick Jamaal had the audacity to have a concall with his labourers calling us out for being liars as we asked for perfection in work.
When it's already done he said, why do you want it done again.
It's very sad that an old established shop in Indiranagar would be so rude and inhospitable.
In my humble opinion give them a miss!
