Staff is really unexpectedly inexperienced, asked for 38 size and they told Allen Solly dosent have this size and gave 39 will be fit and its almost same size size and was buying to gift someone, then thia size was loose came to change and they didn't had anything good, so asked to give credit note and will buy later, they said we dont give any credit note, and dont have size also. Then we ourself searched in sotre and found 38 size and then staff started telling this is custom fit, my question here already 50% business is gone to online business, if your executive will do this, rest also will go to online and your store will loose all business, so this review for owners to look into, this is the last time we purchased allen Solly, you lost one customer today.
