★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a major car accident nearly 2 years ago I was left with debilitating chronic pain making it hard to manage daily activities. Without a clear diagnosis or the treatment for my condition (owing to the pandemic) , I was in a state of confusion, clueless and had lost hopes of seeing any improvement in my condition.
But on my first visit to the Alleviate pain clinic ,Dr. Prashanth Putran listened intently to the every single detail I had to say. He was not only quick enough to diagnose intercostal neuralgia which had turned chronic and complex in my case but also laid out the complete plan of treatment for the 6 weeks time I had in Bangalore.
Dr. Prashanth with utmost patience explained every detail of the procedure and answered every question to clear my mind. Surely enough I was able to see dramatic and immediate results soon after my first diagnostic intercostal nerve block and I could take a big deep breathe(finally) without catching a sharp pain or without having to rush to the doctors for breathing difficulties. I also went through few other small procedures like TPI and infusion therapy to help relieve the intensity of my pain.
Combined with the procedure I was advised to go through physiotherapy by Sumalatha Arkatu to heal the soft tissue injuries which had also turned chronic. As a highly skilled and a benevolent physiotherapist Suma definitely has magic wand in her hands to help the patients heal their pain. It was refreshing to see her listen carefully to the feedback of patients from previous session and then decide the treatment every time , rather than blindly repeating the same plan every day.
The entire staff in Indiranagar branch - Nancy, Joel and Satya and physiotherapist Chaithra are all professional and genuinely caring.
I was given a word in the beginning that they will not give up on me and will try everything possible(in the 6 weeks time I had) to put me on a path of recovery , and they surely stayed true to that. Its close to 2 months since my first visit, I feel much better , can handle the daily activities much better and have my hopes back that pretty soon I will get back to my normal self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was suffering from a bad neck pain for over 6 months, unaware that I could do something about it. It was mostly work / posture related which had built up over years.
I searched the internet about it and Allievate clinic Indiranagar popped up.
I decided to give it a try and consulted Dr. Prashanth who was very patient in answering questions and made an accurate diagnosis of the issue after a physical examination. A trigger point had developed in my upper back muscles and I was recommended to undergo physio for 14 days to see if that was enough before doing anything invasive.
The physiotherapist, Dr Suma is one of the best physio I have seen. Very knowlegable and patient in explaining the process and treatment involved and what the reason was for my condition.
About 10 days into the physio treatment I would say 70% of my pain was gone but the remaining pain was due to the trigger point deep in the muscle.
I was advised to go for a Trigger Point Injection conducted by Dr Prashanth which he again explained to me very clearly and answered all my questions to put me at ease. BEST DECISION EVER!
The pain immedeatly subsided after the procedure which was guided by ultrasound and the help of his staff who were very kind and professional throughout the procedure.
A few days after the procedure I continued the remaining sessions of physio with Dr. Suma and now I am totally pain free !
Thank you Dr Prashanth, Dr.Suma and Alleviate team for the great job and quick turnaround. Within 15 to 20 days, months of pain was relieved !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Alleviate Pain and spine and management clinic, Indira Nagar and consulted Dr Faraz for my father who was suffering from spine issues. Really happy with the experience as my father has recovered quite well and that too without any surgery. The Doctors as well the staff were really helpful and caring. Special mention to Dr Suma who took the physiotherapy sessions for my father. Dr Suma was very patient and caring and was an integral part towards my father's recovery. Would recommend this place to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi i was suffering from knee pain since September 2021. After series of x-rays MRI etc and visits to orthos and physiocentres i landed in this place called Alleviate Pain Clinic. Here i consulted Dr. Prashant Putran who examined me and all my reports. He advised me to go for PRP and Prolotherapy . He patiently explained the procedure and gave me satisfactory replied to all my queries. I really felt like finally Iarrived at the right place since i felt very confident about Dr.Putran. He is very approachable and friendly . I have greatly improved after having taken treatment from him. I had a meniscus tear too. My range of movement and quality of life has improved. Also pain has almost vanished. Thanks to doctor Prashant and his team. Would surely advise anybody suffering from any pain to visit this centre.I am glad that i didn't go for surgery when advised by an orthopaedic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get your ligament injuries cured.
Couple of months back, while playing Badminton, I have injured my right ankle ligament and I was not able to walk for few weeks. When I went to few other multi-speciality hospitals in Bangalore, they told that this is ligament injury and there is no such way to treat other than waiting and taking rest. And probability of getting it injured again is very high.
This is when one of my friend suggested about Dr. Javed from Alleviate Clinic. I went and met him and he assured that this can be treated. Initially I was little sceptical about it but my friend told that it will be worth it. Anyway I decided to give a try. He treated it with 3 sessions of PRP, Prolotherapy and 14 sessions of Physiotherapy along with some weight reduction consultation. I could feel the difference in my pain after each sessions. Now I could walk normally and play confidently as before. Thanks to Dr. Javed. And special thanks to hospital staffs Mr. Joel and Ms. Nancy who was so cooperative throughout the sessions.

I came to know about alleviate via internet and visited alleviate for my shoulder and neck pain..I got to meet Dr. Javed who was so helpful and throughly explained me about the problem. Once I got my TPI treatment done Dr. Javed suggested me to also go for physiotherapy for a week and there I met Dr. Sumalatha who was so generous and did my IFT and Ultrasound along with physiotherapy which has helped me to reduce my pain.
