The things is on January 1st around 12:28:11 i have done the jio recharge through the jio application itslf the amount was 599₹
After doing the recharge immediately from my kotak bank money got deducted
But from the jio merchant side i dint get any of the conformation atall regarding the recharge
Thn i waited more than 3days & contact my Bank person aswell jio costumer care service center
To be *Frank* i have ever experienced a bad relationship with the costumer care person with abusing using word not sloveing my problem & he is not ready to listen what 'm trying to tell or explain him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited for service of jio-fi twice and next day itself it was not working now lockdown yet not ready to use don't understand how they do service. Then guarantee will get over their is no other provision to update service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JIO has installed a switch near my house, but unable to give a fibre connection to me even if their executive told me that they will give the connection within a day. Problem is there is a BESCOM transformer between the switch and my house. After 8-10 days they cancelled my order and refunded me. Till that time I used to call them to know the status. They never updated me from their end. Such a pathetic service. Here are few problems which JIO must consider:
1. Get the feasibility of connection from their own technical team before taking money from the customer to provide a connection.
2. If connection is not feasible, return the amount next day.
3. While installing the switch how their engineers could not see the BESCOM transformer? They could have moved it to other place in the street. Airtel done it, they moved it 10mtrs away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get ur jio phone service. But Not upto the mark. Agent told me out of stock as I wanted to change jio phone panel. Luckily it was not crowded due to covid I feel. Ok experience.
