★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited many sbi branches but SBI Kaggadasapura branch provides excellent customer service. All the employees are very informative and very friendly and they will try to resolve customer issues very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely immature people sitting in bank for processing our transactions.. even the branch manager does not have proper information. I got only blunt answer saying that biometric can't be used.. they need proper training on doing their jobs properly is what I felt. There were hardly 10 people in bank and they weren't able to or they didn't want to handle it properly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess for this place 1 star is much higher than what’s deserved. Absolute helpless people there including the manager Kavita. Most of the times information given are wrong or they dnt know . Many times I had to sit in bank and search online for solutions which they were not able to provide.
Dnt value customers neither know their jobs.
I wonder how these kind of people become branch managers etc without having clue about basic things of banking and also zero customer satisfaction . I guess these people only survive because it’s SBI otherwise all these would have lost their jobs long back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch building is not COVID-19 compliant. Very congested place and I don't know how SBI conducts the business in this cubby hole place. The room is approximately 10 feet by 5 feet and there are 4 employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a Maharashtra state Govt. Pension account at Nagpur. Presently I am at Bangalore. I went on 10th November 21 to enquire whether I can submit Life certificate here. The concerned ladies were very cooperative. I got my work done in 30 minutes and last given acknowledgement also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never open account in SBI. I had an account at this branch which was working until March 2020, and suddenly one day the closed my account and claimed to have sent the balance via a check to registered address. Now they have my email, mobile everything, but they never informed me prior to closing that this is going to happen. I had moved out of Bangalore and thus my last address put up in bank (where I used to stay on rent earlier) was no longer my valid address and thus the cheque also couldn't reach me. The thing about address is also same, they cancelled my debit card on their own and insisted on sending new card by post to old address, which again I could never receive and then due to no card now, I could never update my address online, so stuck with old address and no card. So bottom-line is, this bank's processes are horrible and dangerous for people and staff and system not customer friendly.
Another funny thing, is reason for closing they mentioned, i.e., no PAN linked ??? How did you open my account if there was no PAN. My account had PAN and aadhar both linked, but suddenly they lost my PAN link??? How??.. wow simply mind blowing. Best part is there is no customer support for such issue. Since I don't have account I cant even contact customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For this branch my experience was awesome. I visit this branch close my car loan and get NOC. Staff worked on my case so quickly. They were polite, calmly guiding step by step procedure. Without any hustle they finish all procedure in 20 minutes.
