★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff. They dont understand customers needs. Dont waste your time visiting thus branch. Rather go to Doddanekundi SBI branch. Staffs are very kind and helpful there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady Employees in this bank are too rude , they think they are working for Swiss bank.. too much attitude , they are there to help us which they r not bothered to do so , they act as if they are giving us their money..and I feel they fight with their husband's while coming to work coz they show their anger on us, hope this cheap people are transfered ASAP , To have peaceful banking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service have been seen in this bank , Its been 3-4yrs having the account here but still experiencing the worst service , No proper manager, staff doesn't know to even talk .
If you ask them to check something for you they will tell you to sit down and wait , cause everytime there server will be down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am trying to open an account here from last 40 days with no luck. They claim to have a technical problem every time. First I filled all forms online and visited branch. They said they can't fetch this information due to system issues. They handed over couple forms to fill by hand and come after 15 days.
I went back with forms after 20 days. Again they claim to have some system issue and directed me to a different branch. I'm a resident of smsame area. Very very Bad service. SBI is killing the vision of Digital India.
I also did couple of other transactions. This is a bad bank overall. Private sector banks are doing far far better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service..I happened to go there for opening an account and they made me stand for one hour and still they didn't update me ..now if this is the case after opening my account how will the condition be.. This bank is of no use
