They lack basic communication skills.

But no deposit machine, due to which it takes more time stating in deposit queue...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally Zero knowledge about bank activities, the Ladies at Help desk/Front desk are unaware about bank activities, really slow and not helpful.
Branch need to main basic stationary needs, due to printer issue the ladies wanted customer to visit again and again, treating customer as illiterate no value for those who walk in.
Provide some training for staff, don’t take our time for grated, if cheque bounce happens who will take responsibility for your negligence???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a withdrawal slip and though the person sitting at the help desk was ready to help. The staff (a lady) just refused and asked me to pay Rs 143 for 5 cheque leaves. During this time of demonetization the bank is trying to make more cash on customer behalf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pissed off today I went to the bank to get the DD, staff saying that particular person is out of office and no one can do this. It is surprising to see that bank works with out a person who can work DD, and no other substitute to provide the same service to customers . Staff are friendly and attentive to help customers. They suggested me to go near by branch.
