★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Worst Branch of SBI ,which I saw ,They don't open accounts , any office work After 2PM ,If you go after 2 PM ,they say come on Next day and They start work at 11:00 AM .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, if you call the telephone numbers +91 80 25650453. no response. The authorities also do not provide good support. However the contact center support is excellent. poor service from bank even for senior citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent withdrawal amount of my saving account at SBI ITI Campus Dooravani Nagar Blore-16, My Name is Prasanna kumar from Bangalore Rama murthy Nagar, On april 6th I got an message from SBI Dooravani Nagar, saying that ( Balance in your SBI a/c for march 2018 fell below minimum monthly average, please restore in 30days to avoid charges visit bank.sbi for details, so on 9th April -18 I have made cash deposit of Rs. 30000/- & next 2 days account balance was Nil, on 11/04/2018 by 15:31pm to 15:33pm someone got accessed my SBI saving account from Tamil Nadu ( ATM Panaiyur JNagar ECR), the amount got withdrawal from ATM of Rs. 30000/- for each 3 times of Rs. 10000/- when my ATM card was with me , and same I called up to the SBI customer care and lodge a proper complaint also I have communicated to my SBI Chief Branch Manager at ITI CAMPUS Dooravani Nagar & he is not giving any assurance for my money , I’m jobless and looking for job, I want my money back & this money I have to pay for my kid’s school admission, i will wait for another 2 days if they not return my money , this i will be going to escalate all social medias including Tv9 & i have all documents to prove anywhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS BANK . Very bad service. The staff are v rude and unwilling to help. They made my mother run around for the transfer of pension account from my late father to her account and demanded for unnecessary documents. And she is still running around. One bank official named Rani specially is very rude and do not respect the bank customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst & Pathetic Branch of SBI which I have come across, The Cash deposit machine ,ATM machine doesn't have Power/UPS backup, I deposited money it goes Blank, Another person withdraws Money it goes blank, when asked the security he says we have informed the branch multiple times, no action so far. If the branch is not capable enough to Keep power backup, Close the ATM & Deposit machine when. There Is a power outage, PPL come to Deposit & without for emergency Not for other purpose.
