★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder VI is struggling for sales with such "wonderful" sales representative. My sim was not working, on visiting the store they asked me to recharge for certain amount which I did instantly kn the spot. Even then it didn't worked, now they ask me to get another sim and get a post paid connection for minimum locking for 180 days rental and my recharged amount will also not get used since its on the sim not on phone number according to him.
Very bad experience at store and with VI.

I have visited store as suggested by VI customer care. Instead of support they are showing attitude.
Not good at all, VI market is depreciating day by day even though they are not understanding the customer need.
I have fed up with wrong recharge information, Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I went there to convert my post paid to prepaid as the bill in post paid is very high for no reason and service is pathetic.
They didn't even try to help me just told me go to Whitefield store.
No wonder Vodafone is a bif failure and is closing down soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this review is not just for this outlet but also for Vodafone-Idea's overall service and process.
I visited on weekday so no one was there except for me and the executive was also fast and I was free within 10mins.
But the executive was not interested in answering my query.
First of all I was getting repeated sms from VI since last 1 year to upgrade my SIM to 4g without any cost but I was shocked to see that they deducted 50/- rupees from my main balance later on. The executive should have informed me about it before hand. This is a clear cheating.
The main reason why I gave a 2 Star is that the procedure to get a duplicate SIM is flawed and anyone with a inside connection can get a duplicate SIM in anyone's name and do SIM Swap fraud. Three procedure to get a duplicate SIM is that one has to provide some other mobile number on which they will send an OTP and using this OTP a duplicate SIM will be issued. Ideally the OTP should come on the number for which you need a duplicate SIM. I can't say if the procedure is in accordance with DOT's guidance or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Located in marathalli area. I had to surrender my existing post paid and they did it very well.
The store is completely sanitized and air conditioned.
The staff are very friendly and supportive.
Opposite to the shop you can park car or bike. There are good amount of parking place.
Overall found very good and Friendly store.
