★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked bus from Bangalore to Kochi. The bus was 12.45 am volvo multi axle sleeper.But it arrived only after 1.15, and my seat was occupied by another passenger and staff didn't check it, So I had to wake him up. But the journey was OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier travelling with your bus drivers were considerate while dealing with passengers as I was told. But today while travelling from Bangalore to Pune i.e. 28.12.2021 I am having totally opposite behaviour of Driver. It is quite shameful for your travel company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share very bad experience from Paytm and orange tours and travels.i book one Bus ticket through Paytm of orange tours and travels.i got ticket confirmation on mail and departure time was mentioned 12:45 am on 8/05/2022.i didn't get any update about bus up to 12:30 and i don't had the number to contact also at last i find customer care number of orange tours and travels and i call them they check with pnr number and told me Bus is late by 2 hours and gave driver number I keep follow up with bus driver. Again I waited for next 2 hours on the road, when I enter the Bus which i was following up as per their guidelines that driver told me rudely that bus is full as per my seat number please get out of bus.i tolay fed-up as it is very important to go on same date because of that i call the call centre of orange tours and travels then they are telling that i have booked the ticket on next day but my ticket was on same date .once get asking the relevant questions they were not able to answer.then started to talk about refund.that travel was very important for me. What ever i check for alternative bus .then they got frustrated and told we can not do anything .they ask through which app i book the Bus ticket and go and ask with them and he shouted and disconnect the phone. While I am contacting Paytm help they are not responding properly .i got a automated message that we will try to refund the amount within 10 working days after that i trying to talk with them they don't care about that.it was very worst experience i have with Paytm and Orange Tours & Travels .i will not this service anymore.i suggest every one the same.

Orange travels has the best buses and the response of the service staff is good while onboarding the passengers.
Orange has cargo service as well which is quite effective in terms of pricing.
I definitely recommend the service of orange tours and travels.
They have ac, non-ac, seater and sleeper buses as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible experience. I dont usually take bus but when i do in case of emergency, i prefer paying a bit more but get a better travelling experience (atleast Mercs or Volvos). Travelled Bangalore to Pune. There was no mention that for first 2 hours i will be asked to travel in a pick up to base location of anand rao cricle which was a AC airtight bus just the AC cooling was almost non existent, Me and my wife both puked as soon as we got down at anand rao circle in 2 hours. After that puking for nice 15 mins and settling down another bus came which loaded our luggage and alloted us seats after which the driver told me that that bus will leave in 30 mins (8 pm). Given we were not feeling to well, we went looking for some shop or restaurant for aerated drink which was not open anywhere nearby, hence we walked to nearby restaurant to order fresh lime soda to feel better. it was just 15 mins after i left bus that i got a call from driver who told me (extremely arrogantly) bus left without me and they realized me missing from bus very late and hence he is waiting at a little further down the road and told me to run and come fast. As soon as i reached the bus, the cleaner started shouting me at the top of his voice for roaming around away from the bus, i got into argument with him for the way he is shouting to which even driver joined him. I felt like taking my luggage away and taking some other bus or flight maybe but being already delayed for emergency, i gulped down this disrespect and went infuriating to my seat. After me later this conductor also argued with some lady in one of the top birth seat. Apart from this incident, the bus was clean but not at all comfort of Volvo (it was very very jumpy even with the middle sleeper seat) AC was not cold at all. I have vowed now to never ever travel using Orange Bus and will try to post this every possible platform i get so that people are educated about the behavior and comfort of this bus even after premium price which was almost twice of normal AC bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office in madiwala has closed down. The pick up location was not clear and there was no way for us to contact them. The bus was also really late in reaching destination due to lots of unscheduled stops. However the ride was smooth, I have to admit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever had. Horrible staff, bus maintenance worst.
Pickup point changed to their convience, since we were having a car, managed to reach the bypass.
Dropping point also skipped and left us in confusion.
Morning no stop for restrooms, tough situation for female traveller's
Just stopped at roadside tea stall.
While getting down, driver demanded money.
Better not to choose orange travels .
Pictures taken at the filling where driver just parked the bus for an hour and then told us to get down.
