★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Marathahalli branch staff were pretty considerate and decent in handling queries. Enough chairs for about 10 people to be seated. The place on week days is not congested - haven't experienced this place on a weekend yet. Given the small number of chairs and less space I am sure on a Friday night, the experience will a bit different.
But their biggest problem is there is no restroom. I don't understand why such a simple thing is so difficult to achieve where they deal with a lot of people waiting for long period until the bus comes - sometimes hours. My rating is entirely based on this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are good and reliable. Timely pickup and drop as per my experience. Buses are clean. Good pro friendly drivers and staff. I always take the bus for Bangalore to Nagpur (1300). This time the bus for NGP-BLR (9951) had bed bugs. Thankfully the bus was scheduled to change at HYD which was a much cleaner and better experience. Timely cleaning is advised to the service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No maintenance,.AC was open hitting directly on head, when I ask him closed with some cloth, still my above seat AC immediately open it was hitting hard cold, charging socket was not working, last journey wasn't on time Arrival and departure, stated two hours late dropped 3 hrs late, unusual timings for dinner & restroom, dinner break was in midnight 2:30am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We prefer sleeper coach for a long distance and for comfort but we had a very bad experience during our journey inspite of requesting and warning the drivers they did not listen to our words. Through out the journey we could not sleep peacefully because of rash driving. Please i request to drivers of SRS travels to think about the safety of passengers and also there was no stop for restrooms.
