★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my personal view. Overall, it was really a nice dealing/working experience with Elica/NM Innovations, I have purchased Elica Chimney (Model Detail: Elica 60 cm 1100 m3/hr Auto Clean Chimney (EFL-S601 HAC VMS, Filter less Chimney, Motion Sensor Control, Black)).
Elica has supported in checking the feasibility study (of course based on my online request raised to Elica) in my home because, I already have the modular kitchen in place and the carpenter has provided the standard space (irrespective of Brands and Model) to install the chimney while making the modular kitchen.
Elica has suggested many modules and the above-mentioned model suited to me a lot in terms of size, features, look and the price. Based on the discussions with NM Innovations, they have offered me price which was lower than the online price. They have brought the new sealed box of above mentioned model and opened on my advice in front of me and then invoice and payment has been happened. In terms of Installation, they have sent the Elica Employee (carrying Elica ID Card) having very good knowledge on the installation. This guy was really professional, and, he has installed Chimney very cleanly and nicely.
Thank you Elica and the Team for all your support. Looking forward to have the similar support in the times to come for any requirement in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this store. They are a bunch of unreliable people. I bought a hob, an oven and microwave from them last year. When I said I wanted to purchase it 2 months later as my interiors weren’t ready, they said the product installation date was when the warranty is considered from. I enquired this multiple times to be sure and every time they said this.
When the service people came just 4 days after a year of my purchase date even when it was 2 months away from completion of 1 year of installation date they said the warranty had expired and when I called the store, they denied it and said warranty is from purchase date. The same guy who said the above completely denied.
Not only are the products of the worst quality, their service is even worse. My hob had to serviced 5 times in the last 1 year of warranty. And now for every visit they are charging Rs 400. Stay away from Elica as much as possible and stay away from this store at all cost if you don’t want trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a stove and chimney from this store from day 1 it has been a problem i am running around them to get it rectified its been 4 months and no resolution . think twice before buying elica products . . they promise you big while selling and then they ask you to wait for service on a new product . Very bad experience. Be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience buying elica chimney. Salesmen are not reliable & rude customer service. I mainly went to this showroom for customer service only. While purchasing the salesperson talking very good. But while delivering started showing true face.
NOT ADVISABLE FOR ANY HOME APPLIANCES PURCHASE. Please stay away. They will make your life hell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience buying elica chimney and elica glass top stove from NM innovation marthahalli...I ordered automatic stove and got only one burner automatic , for this they need to refund the extra money that I paid for fully automatic.
I need to get refund of Rs.1000 , which they have still not trasferred after 2months from the purchase date.
Automatic stopped working after 2 days, and in pic u can see the rest developing...
Regarding chimney they told manual is better as it has more suction area and my experience is the chimney is not capable of doing the suction properly as fumes all around kitchen.
