★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunflame needs to be prompt for service delivery. The store person asked to connect to the branch from where the chimney was purchased. Could have provided me with service person number. Really sad!!! Need to grow up Boss!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a metal 3 burner sunflame stove here. It costed me 4200rs. I had done small mistake, that I did not inspect before taking it to home. After bringing it to home I found out that, there was a bend in the stove, due to this it was wobbling, and middle burner regulator is extremely tight for the operation. Have I am totally dissatisfied with the product after spending so much money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Servicing Products !!! Yes Sunflame''s services are so pathetic that it can be treated as there will be no service on its products.
Have bought a chimney and 4 burner hob from this store. For servicing had called at leaSt 20 times .. ultimately had to get the hob repaired outside. For chimney it's no more working and nobody outside can repair it. Waste of money !!
Tried all options raised ticket with their customer care and local customer care. Spoke to the owner of the shop .. although he is a decent person ,but helpless.. he is like can't do much Sir. So better not to buy these products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Bought four burner hob with chimney..one burner stopped working right from day2. Installation guy left in middle without properly installing the chimney and never returned. When contacted him he keeps telling he should get instructions from his boss and when we call the owner he was very rude . When buying the product he was super friendly. This is not the way to treat customers.
Provided the contact and invoice number. No response yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy from hindware. horrible service and spare part delivery. bought a gas cook top with 3 burners. burner spoiled after 3 months.. have to call hindware and this shop 100 times and took 3 months to replace... now again same problem re-occur after 6 months.. i am still chasing for a replacement after 3 months.. DONT buy from hindware.. minimal support from Mukunda kitchens... they cant do much.. they are just sellers
