Anyone reading the reviews here please be cautious as I was cheated by the same reviews. Met Sumer at the Siddapura store and order KAFF chimney, microwave oven and oven. The chimney delivered was a dirty opened box when I asked about the same to Sumer he mentioned that it was opened to check if the glass is not damaged. Later on checking the label it was a Dec 2020 piece delivered on 3-Dec-2021.
I asked for replacement and now my phone number is blocked by him.
Will update the status here on how the replacement goes and also on the oven and microwave.
This clearly shows that we need to be very careful when we see few reviews and all with 5 stars, it can be from his known circle.
