The person who came home to install the curtains and for measurement was extremely courteous, punctual and professional. My biggest point of satisfaction was that I did not have to follow up like I had to do with some other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional and pathetic customer service(guy named Harish Parmar doesn't know how to speak to returning customer.).I had purchased a computer table 3.5 feet length for Rs 4400, 3 months ago.(order no 137, purchased on 18th Oct 2020).I went back today to buy a smaller table of 3 feet length for my wife and this guy quoted 6500 for a smaller table.When I asked him to justify such a steep price hike of 40 percent he told me wood cost has increased by 10 percent, when I asked him why raise by 40 percent, he said I can take it or leave bluntly. Frankly I went there because I had liked my previous purchase and I also wanted to buy a cot and mattress. Because of this person's behaviour I ended up buying cot and matress from adjacent shop, KACPER.But I am happy that this guy lost business worth at 55k.I bought a cot worth 34 k and mattress worth 16k from adjacent shop KACPER.
