★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will be good while booking and you'll see a changed person after that. They'll book packages citing all fancy and luxury details, but at the time of boarding, they'll have a "Khatara bus" with many excuses. You won't have any choice than to travel. Not a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, the shittiest travel agency in the entire india. The staff is rude and was drunk who even misbehaved. If you have no other choice then also don't travel with this agency. The first and Last trip with these guys. To summarize in one word "crappiest services". Since there is no option to give a negative star/ranking giving one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst travels.don't ever book a package for Tirupati darshan.They charge 2000 per person and say that everything is included in package including special entry tickets and when u go to board the bus they will return the special entry ticket amount and say that guide would be providing the tickets. Once u reach to Tirupati and u will be asked to stand in the queue to take the tickets. So, we have reached at 4 am early morning and now standing in queue and waiting to get the tickets when the counter opens at 8 O'Clock.Basically 4 hours of unnecessary waiting in the queue and not sure how much more time we need to wait for the tickets.This is just fraud. I had seen number of negative reviews about this travels but didn't consider them seriously. so, take this review seriously and don't book a package with this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience with shiva and manish travels. never book any ticket or package with these guys. They are big time cheaters. Until they get money they will be very nice but once they get it, game is over. The service is poor in every sense. The way they speak to the customer is pathetic. Had horrible experience and suffered a lot. Next time no transactions with Manish travels.

They will speak more in their local language so that people will understand less. If you will buy tickets from counter they will charge high. Buy tickets from online partner so it's better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked a trip to Tirupati from Bangalore. Everything was planned and we were all set to go and on the day of the travel they had canceled the trip saying that the bus was broke down. They doesn't have any alternate bus too. They said they couldn't arrange any other bus for next 3 days. What kind of company they are running if they couldn't handle a bus breakdown. Will never book again in Manish travels. It sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their services are too bad. We (11peoples)booked the AC sleeper Tirupathi Package of 2500 Rs the services we got was really pathetic. No AC Sleeper bus was there while going and coming from Tirupathi. They begged to Green line Travels and arranged mutli axle third class back seat for 11 people. Also they provide the food in Dilli Darbar hotel which we think is the worst hotel of Tirupathi. The food was not cooked well and it was pathetic and limited. We asked from the other travels guys than we came to know that the Manish travels is not having the proper buses now and they shut down their many branches in Bangalore. Never book the Manish Travels buses. They are not having buses and they will beg to other travels and try to provide the seats in that. Worst ever services in my entire life.We (11peoples) will try to put this case to consumer court if we will not get the refund. We are giving negative ratings to this Travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did Tirupati ji darshan through them. Entire trip was horrible to say the least.. bus was genuinely multi axle Mercedes. That’s where the decent part stopped. Pockets on the seats and bottle holders were broken, sockets for phone charging broken.. hotel for bath and change was super dirty with people being checked in as soon as someone vacate ld without cleaning.. super dirty.. took us for breakfast.. food decent - hotel aweful.. smelly.. dirty bathrooms and had wash area.. all appetite killed.. food not served neatly or decently.. sold extra laddus in Black at premium, kept our belongings at pr care shop at cost, did not allow us to have Anna prasadam at temple to charge for lunch later.. waited for an hour and a half in smelly dirty place before we started return journey.. lunch again at same horrible breakfast hotel.. PLEASE AVOID MANISH TRAVELS
