★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this BBMP office on 27th for correct the address in my property tax payment records. I was asked to write an application along with copies of my khata and the correction need. I did it as asked by ARO and his computer guy. I had bad experiences with BBMP in the past, so wasn't expecting much. To my surprise the records were fixed with in 3 working days. This is by far the fastest BBMP has worked for me. I had bad . I believe Marathalli office has responsible staff and they are doing public work perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From last year I am trying do simple job (owner's name has to be changed), and till now it has not been resolved. Lastly in May 2017 I gave written application, for that also till now there is no update. I am not sure about office timing, I am waiting here today from 9:45 AM ( 17th Feb 2018, for follow up of May 2017 application), till now concerned officer has not come, it's already 11 AM. If I ask anyone, m just asked to wait, madam will come in few min.
Update : today it's 2nd March 2019, still work is pending. Nothing has been done till now. From last 3 weeks (only on sat) I am coming, and till I am being asked to fill form.
