Full of Mosquitoes inside the waiting hall
Buses will be delayed most of the times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled in Multi axle sleeper AC, on 19th March 2022. The actual travel journey is almost near to the Scheduled travel journey. The curtains and AC were ok, but I see the reading lights were not working. I am unable to change the AC blow direction, as they were broken and not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've sent luggage from Bangalore to Vijayawada hassle-free. The turn around to deliver the luggage is one night.
They have charged me 200.Rs per bag/item.
Appreciate the service that was provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know i might be vexed by listing down all my complaints of todays travel.Since no other person should face these issue further im taking this initiative(Blr-Rpl).1.No bus driver number or any contact details have been provided in ticket or over SMS.2. They haven't even checked and were about to leave when i just arrived there.3.No bedsheets/curtains/blankets provided at all.Basic eminities like water bottle is also not there.For name sake its an AC sleeper .It is a bus like a scrap i e, not at all in a good condition.Last but not least ticket is pricey compared to other travels.

The phone number given in the website for vijayawada is always switched off and not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everything they're are at worst. if you are unable to do on time then you guys should inform us prior. don't give a wrong hope to the people. again today I got 3 hrs delay than the actual time. don't change the berths based on your comfort. We had booked our tickets based on our comfort and paid for it. bus is not cleaned and sound is coming like anything, as if it is going to divide into parts. i had taken the photo and video of this bus. but, i don't see any option to upload.by taking this kind of travels as your Paytm partner, which is lowering your value.
