★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud builder. Society members have filled court case against Mr Gupta who is builder.
Gupta is charging full maintenance and doing NOTHING for the maintenance.
Advise to new buyers, stay away from this builder.
Secondly this builder is also not allowing authority to be transferred to RWA as he has taken deposit from govt per flat. He is saying ki jao kuch bhi Karo lo. He will not tranfer his authority to rwa even when it should be done once people starts living in society in good numbers. He is very greedy. If you looking for house then pl ask your property dealer when will he form RWA so that routine maintenance tasks in society can be done.
He saying that he has provisions with corrupt police to linger on this case for years

Go ahead at your own risk. Residents reviews to be considered as tool of inference in case you are investing your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with my decision to go with Aishwaryam. It's very nice society with all amenities like games room, table tennis, snooker, gym and even a swimming pool.
Society layout with floor plan and ventilation is key features of Aishwaryam.
Connectivity from this society is very good anyone can find public transport like NMRC city bus and shuttle service within 100 metres.
Definitely there is few drawbacks like seepage problem and average construction quality.
Overall it's very nice society to live.?
