★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first met VVIP Sales team, they explained that their job is more about service than sales. They proved that time and again with their thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market.
Every time we viewed a new property we would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc here at VVIP HOMES its the quality delivered beyond the normal boundaries of real estate. With VVIP we went through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable and finally ,we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is very poor. They are here to fool people. It took them 4 months just for finishing work of flat. They are always out of stock in their inventory and keep you waiting for even small things like MCB
They told my flat will be ready in 30 days and it took them nearly 4 months after running behind them every alternate day. Still had to get few things done from my pocket because of their laziness
Most of the positive reviews were given by management and staffs as I know their names.
Society is good but be ready with some tablets for headache while dealing with management and staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is very supportive. First impressions of VVIP Homes sales team was very good and there behavior was very nice. Sales Team knowledge regarding construction and real estate related was very good. I got very positive vibe. In the entire Gaur City, the project which i like the most is VVIP Homes in Noida Extension, Greater Noida West.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management. I am complaining to maintenance room to fix my house issue.. today 2 month complete. they think we are free. Every time he told lie. Yesterday they told they will fix tomorrow. Today I took leave and wait. It’s happen many time. Kab tak mai office se leave le shakta hu. In evening I call VVIP manager . He talked rudely to my wife and cut my call. I live in Bangalore mumbai Pune but I never see service like VVIP HOMES.. feeling frustrated..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Management. If you have given the token money and if you are not able to purchase due to any emergency then they will not refund your token amount, they have looted the customer. If you booked the flat and want to resale then your flat price will be below 10 lac as per 2 BHK rate. Please don't waste your money for purchasing this. Resale price is below 10 lac from New Flat, So just assume how can sale your flat in any emergency, you will be losses 10 lac. I will never recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT A PET FRIENDLY SOCIETY, if you have pets you have to take them outside the society for walks. Maintenance charges are high and cut from prepaid electricity meter along with electricity charges. Only two towers and that too half side of them get sunlight in winters. Some Tower guards are rude although main gate guards are well behaved. Very small green area with only 3-4 trees, rest is grass which is also missing in huge patches. Gardeners water the park in the evening so you can't walk on grass after sunset.
