★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One have a small shopping arcade with option from groceries to cooked food, bar, restaurant, ATM and convenience of getting all modes of transport. The housing society developed by Jindal Promototers (now renamed it as Raksha Infrastructure) is supposed to be for people from Armed Forces, Para military and other govt departments but it is for everyone now. Project is delayed by almost more than 18 months now especially for Tower A,B,C people. They are saying that they have applied for OC from RERA UP, but if you make a visit, you can believe that it will take at least more than 1.5-2 months. So guys who have opted or waiting, please wait for some more time.

Looking forward to the completion of project.
