★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want this review to reflect that I am solely dissatisfied with the level of service and misrepresentation that the owner and his employees have conducted. I originally wanted to order a 3ct diamond and they sold me on a 4ct diamond for a really good price. When I got the package, instead of them sending me a single 4ct diamond, they sent four 1ct diamonds. I was extremely furious and when I contacted them about this issue they immediately told me that they do not accept returns or exchanges. After 10 days of arguing and threatening to involve Delhi Police they finally decided to exchange the diamond but refused to pay for shipping back for their mistake. So I had to pay $70 USD to have it shipped back to India from the U.S. and then they took another 14 days from when they received the original order for them to finally send the correct diamond. Then on top of that they wanted me to pay shipping again which was another $60 USD. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE OR OVERSEAS. Arvind and Sukhsagar are lazy and deceiving people and will try to rob you of your hard earned money. Never again will I deal with this jeweler. They are not professional at all!

Cost is very genuine, and they help in making jewelry as well without charging any making charge. Actually this is wholesale place and some time sell for retailers as well. Go for it, they have a office in MGF Mall near select City Walk Delhi ! Before going that place please do some research at your end, that you should know what is Moissainte and what is your requirement. Because they are whole seller and they will not give you time like normal jewelry shop. People reaching their with the idea what they want.. !
