Even though the seller of the clock had refused to accept the warranty card since he had not put a stamp on it, I called up this service center and they told me that since I had purchased the clock within the last year, they would honour the warranty since the clock had the manufacturing date. Thereafter, I left my table clock with them without taking a receipt as I was in a hurry since my car was parked in a public place. However, the service centre not only rectified the defect but also arranged to deliver the clock at a convenient location closer to my residence. Hat's off to their professionalism! Keep up the good work!
