★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an AC about 10 months back using credit card. they promised cashback of 2k, and cashback of interest paid in emi's if we purchase on emi. no cashback received. initially the guy(ajay) took copy of my credit card transactions and invoice making false promises of ensuring that we get cashback and eventually after 7 months washed his hands saying that he hasnt preserved the copy of receipt which is printed by credit card swipe machine (our receipt faded too due to poor ink quality) . overall very unprofessional and a typical lala shop! avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person named Rajiv misbehaves with everyone. He has no manners and shouts at women. I called him to track when the ACs would reach my home and he started abusing and shouting. I would not recommend this place solely based on this. If this is the behaviour at purchase, I wonder what would happen in case of warranty claims: who knows they might hit you as well (irrespective being a male or female).
