★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Hitachi 1.5 ton AC on 22nd March and received delivery on 23rd however, the AC remote was missing. Now, I have been following up with the respective sales respresentative and as per him there is no solution now which means that inspite sending incomplete delivery, there is no forum where you can raise your voice. Such a pathetic service from Croma ( Rajori Garden Branch ). I would really recomend them to respect customer’s time and don’t test their patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 500 litres Whirlpool refrigerator from Croma, Rajouri Garden on 17.01.2021. The service provided by Croma was good.
However, the Whirlpool refrigerator started giving cooling problem in middle of March, 2022. The service engineer from Whirlpool stated that the PCB motherboard has stopped working and replaced it by charging Rs.7500. He also advised to install their Stabilizer though it was claimed that it was inbuilt. It cost another Rs.2200. very bad product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing 3 stars to 4 stars as delivery and installation was super quick.As mentioned by others, sales staff is quite good (I dealt with Mr. Shreshtha and Mr. Mehtab). Based on personal experience, the billing department can do better as it took quite some time for billing to be completed (close to 30 mins), which is too long and might deter people to come back.All in all an average to good experience.Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Billing experience is pathetic. They will keep you waiting for hour, actually billing people are standing there and negotiating on prices with others. Staff over there doesn't have in-depth knowledge of products, better to do your own research before buying anything, otherwise they may fool you or misguide you. They use to have much better staff earlier.

However, they were short on few items I requested. Very minimal options for 1 tonn window AC, they didn’t have latest whirlpool fridge with mirror glass.
Their staff were not that customer oriented, they kept on chit-chatting and looking down on other customers. We had to specifically call them to ask for the available options. They would push you and suggest their own brand products because obviously there’s additional incentives they would earn. This experience honestly wasn’t a good one and we dropped the idea to purchase anything from here

Almost all major brands are available at this location. Avoid going at rush hours as the attending staff might be busy. Valet parking is available here.
