worst customer care service, product deliver nhi hua or baki demo ke liye calls aa rhi hai. totally irritating store . croma is much better than vijay sales.

When we purchased automatic washing machine they told about cash back nd now they deny...hansraj (employee) was confused in calculation from first day ..when we contact HBD bank they send mail us that our product not in cash back policy...very bad experience at vijay sales its our first nd last
Nobody responded on my review positively. HDB bank representative never shared any detail about the T&C for cashback and now we are suffering because of HDB guy deputed at Vijay sales. Vijay sales should come forward and do the needful on their behalf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.....I have purchased 2 airconditioner from rajouri garden branch but after 1 day of installation both ac have stopped working ...when Hitachi technician visited again to check he found proof of gas leackage because of casual approach of first time person who came for installation.....after that I did complain in Vijay sales branch.....they are forcing to fill gas .....but I want replacement of my both new AC....WHY SHOULD I ALLOW TO FILL colling gas in new purchased ac's if it is default of them.....i will not recommend Vijay sales rajouri garden ....because of there false commitments and casual approach....i am planning to go consumer forum if they will not resolve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i had purchased whirlpool refrigerator the day i puchased it is not working properly i had lodgged complaint around 5 to 7 times .whirlpool service team (trained liers) making fool to us till now.Now they are giving excuses that product is out of warranty .But when it is in warranty they do'nt take serious action against it.
And i also complained to vijay sales team for better solution but nothing has done .
No one is taking initiate.
Worst worst experince dont buy they only know how to sell and making customers fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and rude staff. Doesn't know how to speak with ladies. Billing counter guy was super arrogant when asked how much more time will bolling take? I was standing in the billing queue for almost 40 Mins and finally with his and staff behaviour, I dropped the bill and didn't bought any stuff!
I wish if I can get compensation for wasting my efforts and 1Hour

The billing could be a bit quicker but to be fair they were swamped. Overall good experience and competitive pricing. Would go again.
