Reason 1: Limited collections.
Reason 2.: No variety ( If available still the sales girls will deny)
Reason 3. Rude Customer Service
Today is my last visit to this shop. Its not the sales girl or variety of items available here. Its the owner who doesn't know how to behave with Customer that to a regular customer and a women. Due to Dhantaras i went to purchase something directly from work. I asked for bell and the owner was showing me. I asked him i will call and check with home which one need to be brought. He said yes. I came to a side and spoke to my home. Its the time of just 30 secs. I saw he kept everythig inside.When i asked can you please open and show me how that bell is ringing (Before buying as everyone check, same i asked him). Then all of sudden that owner said " Madam App kalo aayo, abhi customer hai. Aap phone pe bat karte ho, Do ghanta hogaya he. Aap kal aao". And there were maximum 6 customer there in the ground floor.
Mr. owner (Ajay) was i not one of the customer? Mr. owner learn how to serve customer. Check how others (GRT , Lalitha, and other big jewellers) providing customer service.
Today, I came to know why all the sales girls deny to show varaity even it it is available. Its the training what they have taken from the owner.
BIG NO to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good collection of silver ornaments, show pieces, religious figurines, etc. Above all, I have rated 5stars also for the customer service. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Though this place is a bit far from my home, but I wldnt mind visiting them again.

of the ring turned black within a period of 1 month , if questioned one of the worker said that silver is light metal because of deo spray it's turned black I mean how can u use deo only on one side
