I had bad experience recently for my 20KT gold they showed as 18KT and calculated as 69% purity pricing but I declined and went to hindustan gold next to it to check and they gave correct purity as original 20KT, I got far better price than Attica and staff also not understanding and not genuine in the calculation, initially for my one chain which is 80% purity for that also he calculated as 69% purity pricing when I raised my voice then he re calculated it.
