★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems to be a good project at good location. It is basically with basic amenities like kids play are, Gym, clubhouse, small place for yoga and garden. Possession is in 2022. As per my analysis they are charging bit high compare to other near by projects. And maintenance they are taking are also high. Ajmer builder is good with good history. But they have very less projects in Pune.
