★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am/ was a vendor of Ajmera Builders and we did a campaign in the month of Aug - september 2018 for over 70 lacs. Ajmera still has not cleared all our dues and it will be one year completed. we have requested all and sundry on mails, messages and even sent a legal notice to which they have not responded...
There is an outstanding amount of Over 17 lacs + Interest of One year of Default.
Worst Real Estate Company....there only job is to harass the vendors and make them work and not pay them for one year...

Don't fall for false promises.
They don't give back the money taken from you.
You don't just loose the 10 Percent ,you loose what ever you have paid.
They took my money nearly 20 percent and not giving back single NP.
