She works in a way where it doesn't feel like there's any judgement in the room, as if we're having a conversation which doesn't make it feel like there's any pressure during sessions. She guides you through everything in a very comforting manner. Would definitely recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been in therapy since 2018. It was mostly on and off and I could never find a therapist who had a personalised approach and who really understood me that is until I met Dr. Akanksha. She doesn’t believe in saying cliche things like “live. laugh. love” instead she actually helps you get in touch with your inner self which I believe is the only way to truly heal. I started seeing her last month and I already feel a little less cynical and a lot more calmer. I would 100/100 recommend her to anyone with Chronic anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and just someone who is having a hard time in life. Oh, and an added bonus is her voice. It feels like a warm cup of tea on a winter morning that just makes you want to curl up and feel at peace.
