★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TATA akar workshop is worst workshop of TATA. Their staff have no knowledge of service but they attend very plesently. Manager Role is that they lead to staff but first work shop I have seen staff lead to Mr Shivnath sidh who is total dependent of his staff. Even Mr Sidh has no time he attend the problem Becose busy in meeting
But these kind of manager don't know manager role handle the team and resolve problem of customer he dont know manager physically present or not but his skill is always with staff.
And he is not able to use his skill and resolve problem may be his last experience in other company also bad. If these kind of manager appoint TATA in their workshop never come in top 3 company

its not because he love Tiago or its drivability or a big fan of Tata product.. absolutely no..
No doubt Tata Tiago LE is a good product in Tata Automobile but
He is from bikaner but booked it at AKARFOURWHEELS JAIPUR just because i have recommended him... in actual i had a great experience during my last car delivery on 26 aug 20 and i really like the way "Mr.Sumit Govil" (GM@AkarFourwheels) & "Mr. Vineet"(GM@Workshop) deal
Sumit ji? Hope... i will get my keys on 29 april 21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very very irresponsible. I suggest to avoid this service station of TATA passenger cars. They don't have experienced and expert staff. Don't have spare parts. Customer needs to follow up for his car's services and still they don't care. Whenever you call GM of AKAR Team he's always busy in meetings and never call you back. The service supervisor Guy Hanuman is very lazy boy. Although the Showroom is very clean, hygienic, upgraded and comfortable. But i my view quality service of your vehicle is more important.

Time of. Service of vehicle is very important
