★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loacated near to s.g highway, good construction, having good neighbourhood to njoy all festival, jain derasar , temple are loacated near to this flat. nearest railway station to travel towards saurashtra specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so happy place but it's ok. During monsoon waterlogging is common. Even people residing there is not that cheerful to live with. The flats are near SG highway. Surrounding area of flats are sum what slum area so outside of the premises of flat too much littering happen. One of my friend also bitten by stray dog and I have also faced traffic due to stray caws. Currently the whole Akash parisar is secured with fancing and good security but the maintenance is too much as per the property.

24 hr water supply and also garden is also here. So nice atmosphere with very nice and cooperative people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akash parisar is situated at near by Sg road. And flats are good build up. But 2 problems are here 1st is surrounding area is not cleaning due to sum what slum area outside. And during monsoon waterlogging is common.

Parking is available outside and inside both for visitors.
Currently they have started using mobile application for visitor entry so you might be facing security asking various questions and taking your photograph in his mobile. Kindly cooperate with him, he is doing his duty.
Society members are also cooperative.
Garden is also maintained well. Children and adults are playing volleyball in the evening, so we can say it is well maintained.
