★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% value for money 2BHK project @ Ghatlodia, SG Highway. I am happy to share that 'Pearl Heights' is one of the best affordable (luxurious) 2BHK project with all 21st century amenities. Thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for bringing this level of residential project in Ghatlodia area.

Even basic service are not proper, Water supply and parking facility is very poor by builder.
No Lift maintenance.
No proper parking.
Not properly managed cleaning staff.
Residents here are not getting water supply properly due to bore damage.
Builder saved his money by giving water supply to 10 blocks only from 1 water motor.
Don't purchase any property here.

Sweeper sweeps once in a month in basement.
Management does not care about customer as he is responsible
