I don't find they have enough range of services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently got a connection near bhandar chowk,the speed quality is top notch as i asked them which technology do u guys use gepon or gpon they said all our devices are future upgradable as we use gpon only.. these guys give u netgear,tplink routers which is best thing i lked.. i opted for 150Mbps unlimited plan .. none of any provider has in dbg.. super speed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today got the installation done at my residence at professor colony dighi.. great speed .. but installation is bit high but that's okay they provide u all setup charges with legal bill & best thing that package can be recharged online via paytm ,amazon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet speed is very good and everything works well. Only thing which can improve is the issue of frequent connection loss. Internet gets down once or twice in every 25 days or so and it takes about 2 to 3 hours for them to fix the issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a review on the broadband itself, but more on customer experience. The owner is very polished in talking, but you can't rely on their words at all. It has been more than 50 days that I have been waiting, but still no connection. As much as I can understand delays based on the pandemic and lockdown situations, still I am writing here because these doesn't justify such elongated delays. It would have been much better to directly convey that "we are not providing services at your location nor do we intend to in near future. We will approach you once we extend to your area." But Instead I kept getting dates after dates (tarikh pe tarikh!).
Edit: I did get a message that by 2nd sep max they will give the connection. But that it is 6th! If I ping, they say today they will come. Plz avoid them. Such business models are bound to fail.

Charging 6000 installation charges without any bill and refund once you will pay you need to roamed around and money will be wasted unfortunately you need to go with some other provider.
I don't know who's the owner but yes these guys are unprofessional and should be avoided if anyone is looking for internet connection in Darbhanga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came back home from hyderabad due to this pandemic & quered all of the internet providers here in town none of them got my this hyderabad fiber connection device to work but lastly i contacted them n they made it done.. they charge u little bit xtra but the service n quality is top notch from other providers around here & also the knowledge,,super duper service provider..
